FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a blaze at a property last night.
Crews attended Holly Grove, Leigh, at around 8pm on Monday, August 21.
Firefighters spent more than two and a half hours at the scene as they extinguished the blaze.

A Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “At around 8pm on Monday, August 21, two fire engines and a Technical Response Unit from Leigh and Atherton were called to reports of a fire involving a domestic property on Holly Grove, in Leigh.
“Fire crews arrived quickly at the scene. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel and a positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for approximately two hours and forty minutes.”
